Still buzzing off the March Three day Gong course with James. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous when I signed up as I wasn’t sure of what to expect but can confirm this workshop has not only given me such a deep understanding, the history and the many benefits of Gong but also a ton of role play and practice. The sessions are very hands on which I appreciated a ton, we worked in groups, pairs and really sunk into what our gong worlds could possibly look like, really being urged to bring in our own little elements to make it our own.
